Grievance Policy

Any inquiry a student may have regarding this contract may be made in writing to Insurance Training Associates by email to service@itaamerica.com or by contacting the Higher Education Coordinating Commission, 775 Court St., NE, Salem, OR  97301. 

Students aggrieved by actions of the school should attempt to resolve these problems via email to Doug@itaamerica.com or by phone at 503-265-8360. A decision regarding any student grievance will be thorough and completed within 30 days. Student will be notified via electronic mail. Should this procedure fail students may contact Higher Education Coordinating Commission, 255 Capitol Street, NE, Salem, OR 97310. After consultation with appropriate staff and if the complaint alleges a violation of Oregon Revised Statutes 345-010 to 345-470 or standards of the Oregon Administrative Rules 715-045-001 through 715-045-0210, the commission’s executive director will begin the complaint investigation process as defined in OAR 715-045-0023, Appeals and Complaints.
